Data Management & Reporting

Using SQL 2005 Integration Services, Cyberplex consolidated all the different data sources (Excel, Access etc) within itravel and created a data warehouse. With SQL 2005 Analysis Services, Cyberplex’s team created an Online Analytical Process Cube (OLAP), providing views of business data to be used for reporting, analysis, modeling and planning for optimizing itravel’s business.

Cyberplex worked closely with itravel and narrowed down the pertinent information in the data warehouse.  From over 100 reports with redundant data – now itravel views roughly 20 reports with relevant data.

 To ensure the key stakeholders within itravel had readily access to the data, Cyberplex built a Business Intelligence Portal using Sharepoint Server 2003. This portal is the main gateway to discovering market trends and analyzing critical factors of itravel’s business.
