In this session, a SharePoint expert will deliver a half day session to a large group of stakeholders to introduce the features and benefits of this exciting platform.  The presenter will provide demonstrations and real world case studies of various applications of the technology.   Cyberplex will also provide a priorities survey that users can complete.  Cyberplex will then compile the survey and deliver a vision document for your enterprise on how you can use the technologies, along with solution best practices.

Day 2 – Technical Assessment and Gap Analysis
In this session, our consultant will work with the IT group and with existing applications to determine analyze how SharePoint technologies can be mapped to current workloads and technologies.  A summary gap analysis will be provided which describes specific opportunities for MOSS technologies.

Day 3 – ProTraining for Site Owners
In this session, our one day ProTraining Expert-led training session will be delivered.  ProTraining is introductory in nature as it is aimed towards getting our clients up and running fast so that they can determine additional training and requirements earlier in the implementation cycle.  The Site Owners course is designed for site managers and content authors.  With this training, a select group of users will be ready to use the technology to create and manage basic departmental solutions to get smaller groups working with the technology.
